Appointment policy

We ask for your cooperation in providing a quality, efficient and timely service.

 

Appointment confirmation

We require confirmation of your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and offered to another patient.

 

Appointment cancellation and rescheduling

The entire team is mobilized for your appointment: planning the schedule, analyzing the file and the radiographs, preparing and sterilizing the room. We ask that you notify us at least two business days in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This will allow us to give that time slot to a patient on the waiting list.

 

Making an appointment

Time slots are limited, in high demand and management is important. If two appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice in a 12 month period, we will be obliged to provide subsequent same day appointments only.
